Our very smart six year old grandson David paid us a visit today, his school has a great project going on and he did a sales call to us today and I about laughed my butt off. He was so smart and worked every angle to get us to buy into his schools fund raiser. After he was done I got to thinking about this great project, they are raising money to replace the out dated play ground equipment on his schools play ground. The best part is that it is a green fund raiser and his school has some really great fund raising ideas, this one is the best fund raisers for kids that I have ever seen.

Go Green Fund Raising has a great web site, with a free fund raising kit that the kids can use to raise money for their school. I went to visit the web site after David left and I really liked the idea of raising money and saving the planet at the same time. It is amazing what kids can think of to do in their world that makes our whole world a better place to live, and I feel like I should support every thing that will make our world a better place and that includes raising money for the kids at my grand sons school. Go Green is a top notch site for free fund raisers for kids and I think they are a great supporter of our youths today.

Big Albert Pujols won his second NL MVP award today and I must say it was about time he got recognized as being the very best baseball player in the world. YES I am A st Louis fan and YES I think he should of won more than 2 MVP awards. The dead of winter is not the best time to be a baseball fan but with the free agent period just starting last weekend it will be an exciting time for us hot stove league fans, I follow the baseball trades every day and hope against all odds that my team will finally pull the trigger on a big trade and get us back to the World Series again very soon.

After beating the Chicago Bears yesterday the Tennessee Titans have run their record to 9-0. Next week the team travels to Jacksonville Florida to get a piece of the Jacksonville Jaguars who won yesterday but have about imploded with their idiot coach and all of his stupid rules. He suspended a star player because he flexed after a sack when they lost a couple of weeks ago. I have never like Jack Del Rio from the days when he was a linebacker in the league he was an idiot and this line of thinking has bleed over into his coaching style. A few years ago he brought an ax into the locker room to chop up a stump to build team unity, their punter almost cut his foot off and missed the rest of the season, the ax was gone the next day. Go Titans!

I have never been a huge fan of the sleeper sofas, but we have decided to get one to put in the home office that we share. We have some family coming for the holidays and will need the extra sleeping space. As we shopped for a sleeper sofa on the Spacify web site I found another item that really caught my eye, some of the sofa beds and sectional sofas were just plain amazing. I kept coming back to the same pages over and over again, I was mesmerized by the wonderful selection and the amazing price they offered on the very nice sofas.

We have had a nice sofa bed for a lot of years well since we got married several years ago, in fact it was our first bed and we used it until we cold afford a real bed of our own. A new sofa sleeper would be a nice addition to our guest room and a much deserved addition to our furniture selection.

Spacify has a great web site with an outstanding selection of sofas and sleeper sofas to choose from and I was really surprised that the price was below the prices that we noticed while shopping for a sleeper sofa a week or so ago here in Nashville.

Our yard is filled with some new critters for the holidays. We have added some new rats to the crew out in the yard, we now have 3 frogs 3 rats and a snake around the tree out in the front of the house. A couple of scarecrows have been added for the fall season, we have a lot of fun with the yard and it makes keeping the yard nice a pleasant experience and makes it very easy to do. We are always on the prowl for new critters to add to our zoo.
